Instant Queries at York St John University Library

The library Help and Information Desk offers you the chance to send instant messages regarding library services and resources to our staff. These can be questions, feedback or suggestions. Enter your query in the message window accessible on the left of the screen and we should respond within five minutes.

This service normally operates between 11am and 2pm, Monday to Friday.
